Applicants must complete and submit an original City of Corona Employment Application detailing their relevant education and experience to the Human Resources Department or complete an online application. Applications may be obtained in person or by writing or phoning the Human Resources Department. Additionally, the application form is available here to download, print, complete and submit. Applications must be received by the Human Resources Department no later than 5:00 p.m. on the announced closing date unless otherwise noted. Resumes and other unsolicited materials will not be considered in lieu of information requested on the application. Failure to provide complete information will jeopardize your opportunity for full consideration.

An online job application is available here as well as the current listing of available City jobs. Each posted job has its own job announcement which gives complete job description and requirements. You may complete and submit your application from this website.

Selection Procedure:

Applications will be screened and those applicants deemed to possess the most desirable qualifications will be invited to participate in a written/practical/oral examination. The Human Resources Manager, or her designee, may specify the number of eligibles to be qualified in the examination or any part thereof. All candidates participate in the examination process at their own expense.
